A den is a group of six to eight boys within the Pack, usually at the same grade level, that meets several times a month between pack meetings. The den is the place where boys learn new skills and develop interest in new things.

They have fun in den meetings, during indoor and outdoor activities, and on field trips. They are able to learn sportsmanship and good citizenship, learn how to get along with others, and learn how to do their best, not just for themselves, but also for the den.
